A unique breed

The Iberian pig is a unique breed, which is genetically distinguished by its ability to produce fat infiltrations in its muscle tissue, the key to the unmistakable flavour and texture of Iberian hams.

Salamanca’s Dehesa

In the middle of the pastureland, our pigs roam freely, free to move and feed on the natural resources of the oak pasture, especially acorns, basic in the diet of the animal.

An exclusive note

The result is meat with the perfect balance between red muscle and white veins, an exclusive note of the best Iberian sausage. Slow healing, in natural cellars, and expert hand care do the rest.
